ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this proceeding is to effectuate the adoption of Autumn Rayne Bilbo, born on February 15, 2010, at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, Mississippi, by Geoffrey Alan White and Joni Elizabeth White, and to change the minor child's name to AUTUMN RAYNE WHITE.

An Affidavit for Order of Publication having been filed, under oath and in writing, stating that the whereabouts of James Thomas Bilbo, the legal father of the minor child, are not known or reasonably ascertainable. The Court doth grant and enter this order of publication this 29th day of May, 2026.

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, it is ordered that James Thomas Bilbo do appear before this Court on or before the 24th day of July, 2026, he being a person whose consent to adoption is required, to do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks running in THE WASHINGTON TIMES, a newspaper having a general circulation in Prince William County, Virginia. And a copy of the Publication is to be posted at the front door of the Courthouse, and a copy mailed to proper and necessary parties to the proceedings, namely: Geoffrey Alan White and Joni Elizabeth White, through their counsel, Barbara C. Jones, Esquire, of 7016 Balmoral Forest Road, Clifton, Virginia 20124-1538.

The Affidavit of Publication and bill are to be forwarded to Barbara C. Jones, Esquire,
