Notice of Intent to Enter Sole Source Contract

Mundo Verde Public Charter School intends to enter into a sole-source contract with Molly Irvine to provide executive assistant and administrative support services to the Executive Director and Chiefs.

Ms. Irvine currently provides these services and possesses the necessary institutional knowledge, confidentiality practices, systems familiarity, and leadership relationships. Conducting an RFP would cause unnecessary disruption, delay, and onboarding inefficiency for this time-sensitive role. The cost of this contract will be approximately $31,000.

This notice is published in compliance with DC Public Charter School Board requirements for sole-source contracts. Any objections should be directed to Rocio Yoc at ryoc@mundoverdepcs.org no later than 5:00 pm June 30, 2026
