The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the Defendant, Marcela Benitez de Figueroa.

That diligence has been used by the plaintiff to determine in what city or county the defendant is located without success

It is there ORDERED that the defendant appear on or before the 6th day of August, 2026, before this Court and do what is necessary to protect her interests.

And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince William, Commonwealth of Virgina; that a copy of this order be mailed to the defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid affidavit.
