Howard University Public Charter Middle School of Mathematics and Science (HUMS) intends to enter a sole source contract with Fairgreen Consulting for contracted Special Education coaching and consulting for the 2026-27 school year. The Sole Source Contract will be awarded at the close of business on July 1, 2026.
