Notice of Applications Received for State Permits and Opportunity for Hearing

The Land Management Administration is reviewing an application for a State non-coal surface mining permit listed below. The applications and related information are on file at the Administrations Baltimore office. Arrangements may be made for inspection and copying. Opportunity is hereby afforded individuals to provide written comments or request for a public informational hearing. Written comments or request for an informational hearing must be received by the Administration on or before July 13th, 2026.
