THE OBJECT of the above-styled case used is to obtain a Divorce on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of one (1) year with the intent that the separation be permanent , pursuant to the Code of Virginia § 20-91 (A)(9), 1950 as amended; and

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT by Affidavit filed according to law that Defendant's last known address is: 6750 Towne Lane Road, McLean, Virginia 22101; that Defendant fled the marital residence on August 28, 2025, and did not provide a new address to Plaintiff; that Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff; and that Plaintiff has used due diligence to attempt to locate the Defendant without effect; it is therefore

ORDERED, that this Order of Publication is GRANTED and that said Defendant is to appear before this court on or before 20th day of August, 2026, after proper publication of this Order to protect his interest(s) in this cause.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City/county of Fairfax. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at his last-known address.
