SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appearing that reports of the accounts of Richard John Ruddy, Jr., Executor of the Estate of Glenda J. Thompson, deceased ("Estate"), and of the debts and demands against the Estate having been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that more than six months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor; and

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate of Glenda J. Thompson, deceased, do show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 a.m. on the 31st day of July, 2026, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the remaining Estate of Glenda J. Thompson, deceased, to the Estate creditors, distributees and legatees with such refunding bonds or surety as the Court prescribes or the Executor determines is appropriate; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
