Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

Request from Joseph Lee, applicant, for consideration of a Special Exception (SE) pursuant to City Code Section 110-4.7.3.A, to construct a fence that is six feet tall where the Zoning Ordinance typically permits a fence that is four feet tall on the premises identified as 11000 Park Rd and more particularly described as Tax Map 57-1-13-009.
