NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia and the Town of Vienna, Virginia, that at the Regular Council Meeting of July 6, 2026, the Vienna Town Council adopted the following

Ordinance to amend the Code of the Town of Vienna, Chapter 9, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Article 1, In General, Section 9-3, pursuant to § 46.2-1313 of the Code of Virginia, adoption by reference of State Code sections provisions and requirements of the laws of the State relative to the operation of vehicles contained in title 46.2 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, and of Article 2 (§ 18.2-266 et seq.) of Chapter 7 of Title 18.2 and in effect on July 1, 2026.
