Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Wireless Telecommunications Facility

Interested persons are invited to comment on the wireless telecommunications project proposed 4665 Blue Plains Dr. SW Washington, DC 20032 (38°48'45.7"N, 77°00'48.4"W), with respect to impacts on, and specifically, the potential effects to historic properties located at or near this facility, if any. The project consists of installing six antennas on mounting pipes and six radios at a 77-foot centerline height on an existing 135-foot smokestack. Ground equipment includes an ice bridge, bollards, and two equipment cabinets on a new 10’x12’ platform within a proposed 14’x20’ fenced lease area.
