Lee Montessori Public Charter School serves students in PK3-6th grades at two locations in Washington D.C. Our Brookland campus is located in Ward 5 at 3025 4th Street NE, and our East End campus is located in Ward 8 at 2345 R Street SE. In accordance with section 2204(c) of the District of Columbia School Reform Act of 1995, solicits proposals to provide services for the 2026-2027 school year from the list below. Services are to be rendered for both campus locations unless otherwise designated.

. Elevator Maintenance and Service

. Security Equipment, Access Control & Monitoring Services

. Data Strategy, Analytics & Data Management Services

. Accounting and Accounts Payable Systems

. Related Student Support Services

. Contracted Instruction & Tutoring Services

. Strategic Consulting & Professional Services (Data Strategy, System Design,

Organizational Consulting, etc.)

. Staffing Services

. Communications, Marketing & Social Media Services

. Professional Development Services

. School & Classroom Furniture

Bids are due in PDF format by Friday, August 7 th at 4:00PM ET. All submissions should be sent to Joshua McComas, Managing Director of Operations, at procurement@leemontessori.org. All questions can be sent to procurement@leemontessori.org.

No phone calls. Interviews, samples, and demonstrations will be scheduled at the school’s request after review of all submissions and proposals.
