SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

It is ordered that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in the above estate, show cause, if they can, on the 31st of July, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., before this Court, against payment and delivery of the estate to the distributees of the estate and the heirs of the estate, as determined by Order of this Court entered on August 15, 2025 in George J. Keupp, Jr., Administrator vs. Michele Whitcomb, et al., CL25-1940, without requiring refunding bonds, consistent with the proposed order on record with this Court.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper with general circulation in this jurisdiction, it appearing that a report of the accounts of George J. Keupp, Jr., Administrator of the Estate of Patricia Ann Bell, and of the debts and demands against the estate, has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since George J. Keupp, Jr.'s qualification as Administrator.
