ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Kimberly Snoke Yates, Executor if the Estate of Mary Lusby Scott, deceased, and debt of demands against the estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, a copy of which is attached, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of Kimberly Snoke Yates, Executor.

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause if they can, at 10 a.m. on the 21st day of August, 2026, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of Marty Lusby Scott, deceased, to its legatees and distributees, with or without requiring refunding bonds,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published of general circulation in the Arlington County, Virginia.
