The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of Office of the State Superintendent of Education, Data, Assessment and Research (the “District”) is seeking a contractor to provide statewide general assessments in English language arts/literacy (ELA) and mathematics in grades 3-8 and high school, and science in grades 5 and 8 and high school biology.
