NEW YORK AVENUE SAFETY AND OPERATIONS STUDY

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the District Department of Transportation, is soliciting statements of qualifications from architecture and engineering firms interested in developing multimodal, safety, and aesthetic improvements to make New York Avenue functional for all transportation users, regardless of transportation mode.

Contract Type: Fixed-Price

Period of Performance: 18 months from date of award

Subcontracting: 35% subcontracting requirement

Qualifications Due Date: August 17, 2026, at 2 p.m. local time
