RFP for Strategic School Operations Consultant & Coach: District of Columbia International School (DCI) is a high-performing public charter school serving 1,600+ students in grades 6–12. As an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, DCI offers an “IB for All” model, making a traditionally selective curriculum accessible to every student with strong supports. DCI fosters student agency and inclusion and centers language learning to empower students to navigate a multilingual world.

DCI is seeking an experienced consultant or consulting firm to provide strategic school operations consulting services that will strengthen organizational systems, support leadership development, and improve operational effectiveness across our schools and programs.
