CAPITAL PLANNING, ANALYSIS, & CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the District Department of Transportation, is soliciting statements of qualifications from architecture and engineering firms interested in providing planning and engineering services for planning, public outreach, data collection, traffic analysis, project performance analyses, preliminary engineering, and grant application support to support the development of multimodal transportation improvements.

Contract Type: IDIQ

Period of Performance: 1 year base period plus 4 one-year option periods

Qualifications Due Date: August 21, 2026, at 2 p.m. local time
