SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Nicholas D. Williams, Administrator of the Estate of Robert Naismith, deceased, and a report of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since qualification as Administrator.

THEREFORE, on motion of the Administrator, it is ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in, the Estate of Robert Naismith, deceased, show cause, if any they can, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 12th day of August, 2026, before this Court, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of the Decedent to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds. The matter will be heard remotely via Microsoft Teams. DO NOT APPEAR IN PERSON AT THE COURTHOUSE. Two days prior to the hearing, the links to the Motions Day dockets and Microsoft Teams meetings will be posted on the Court's website (www.alexandriava.gov/CircuitCourt, scroll down to "Meeting Links"). Telephone numbers to be used by those participants who do not have internet access will be also be posted; and it is further

ORDERED that this Show Cause Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
