Early Childhood Academy Public Charter School (ECA) intends to enter into a sole source contract with EmpowerK12 of Washington, DC. EmpowerK12 is a non-profit organization that works with school districts to transform assessment data into accelerated outcomes for all students. ECA seeks to contract with EmpowerK12 to collaborate in data warehousing, dashboarding, and analysis support through weekly skill-level data monitoring and progress tracking. EmpowerK12, has a record of being a leader in cultivating and sustaining data-driven schools.
