Under authority granted in the Subdivision Regulations, Order No. 67-651a, approved May 16, 1967, notice is hereby given that the District of Columbia has received a request for a variance from the requirements of Article IV Section I(c), Lots-Size and Shape, of the Subdivision Regulations, 10-B DCMR § 2716.3, as follows:

That a Subdivision Plat be recorded subdividing Lot 134 in Square 3977 into 169 record lots having frontage on a public access easement instead of the required frontage on a public street.

Any individual objecting to this request for variance may file their objection with the Surveyor of the District of Columbia within thirty days by emailing surveyors.office@dc.gov. Persons with questions should call (202) 671-3500.
