4:30 p.m. Public hearing on the acquisition of certain land rights necessary for the construction of Project 2G40-088-091 (aka ST-000036-013), Pleasant Valley Road Shared Use Path (Sully District). This project will complete the missing link along the east side of Pleasant Valley Road for bicycles and pedestrians, notably connecting bicyclists in an area with limited north-south connectivity between Centreville and Chantilly. The project is expected to increase comfort and safety for bicyclists by providing an off-road route in the corridor. The construction of this project requires the acquisition of Dedications for Public Street Purposes, Storm Drainage Easement, NOVEC Easement and/or Grading Agreements & Temporary Construction Easements on County Tax Map numbers 043-3-06-0015, 043-3-06-0018, 043-3-01-0004, 043-3-06-0014, and 043-3-06-0017. 4:30 p.m. Public hearing regarding the proposed restriction of through truck traffic on Crowell Road and Browns Mill Road between Hunter Mill Road and Beulah Road, as part of Fairfax County's Residential Traffic Administration Program (RTAP), and in accordance with Section 46.2-809 of the Code of Virginia. A reasonable alternate route for Crowell Road and Browns Mill Road has been identified and would start at the intersection of Beulah Road and Browns Mill Road, travel north along Beulah Road to the intersection of Leesburg Pike (Route 7) and Beulah Road, continue west on Leesburg Pike (Route 7) to the intersection of Leesburg Pike (Route 7) and Baron Cameron Avenue, travel southwest along Baron Cameron Avenue to the intersection of Hunter Mill Road and Baron Cameron Avenue, and continue south on Hunter Mill Road to reach Crowell Road (Hunter Mill District).
