SYSTEM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE TRAFFIC

SIGNAL CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT

1. The District of Columbia announces the issuance of its Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), inviting architecture and engineering firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”s) for providing System Management Services for the Traffic Signal Controller Replacement Project.

2. The District intends to award one (1) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of five (5) years from the date of award.

3. Responses are due by September 10, 2026, at 2 p.m. ET. The RFQ, including any amendments or updates, will be available on the District Department of Transportation Access Portal (DTAP) at https://dtap.ddot.dc.gov and on https://contracts.ocp.dc.gov/solicitations.
