THIS DAY came Elizabeth Chichester Morrogh, Executor of the Estate of Janet M. Smith Andre, deceased, by counsel, and filed with leave of Court a Motion for a Show Cause Order against distribution of this estate; and

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the debts and demands against the Estate of Janet M Smith Andre, deceased, has been filed in the clerk's office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Executor, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of and all other persons interested in the Estate of Janet M. Smith Andre, deceased, do show cause, if any they can, on August 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., before this Court against the payment and delivery of the estate to the parties entitled thereto, with or without requiring refunding bond as this Court may determine.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a duly certified copy hereof be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times Newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in this jurisdiction.
