The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 8188-28-6408

Account No. 007525

All that certain parcel of land located in the Prince William County, Virginia known and designated as GPIN: 8188-28-6408 being described as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING in the center of said Route 6431 (pipe in the edge thereof), and running therewith N. 25° 15’ W. 180 feet to a point (pipe in edge thereof); thence with the U.S.A. Forest Park N. 39° 40’ E. 534.11 feet; thence through the land owned or formerly owned by Williams S. 25° 15’ E. 180.00 feet; thence S. 39° 40’ W. 1534.41 feet to the point of the beginning, containing two (2) acres more or less.

And being the same real property conveyed to Kelvin L. Fields and Verdell M. Fields as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship from George A. Fields and Lassie P. Fields by Deed of Gift dated October 24, 2005 and recorded on October 25, 2005 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Instrument Number 200510250183878.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: George A. Fields and Lassie P. Fields, whose last known address is unknown; Sterling H. Weaver, Sr. Trustee, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, trustees and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 17, 2026, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
