The purpose of this suit is to determine the proper heirs for the Estate of Andrew S. Duet Jr.

IT APPEARING by affidavit that the Interested Party, JOHN MICHAEL WORTHINGTON, cannot be found, and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the party to be served, it is ORDERED that JOHN MICHAEL WORTHINGTON appear before this Court on or before September 11, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., to protect his interests herein, and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Alexandria City and Northern Virginia area. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse.
