CAPTION: Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) –Doc841840 –Address Validation Services

The Government of the District of Columbia, on behalf of the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) (the “District”) is seeking a contractor to provide the District with an integrated eligibility system for Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), and other programs. DCAS also supports the District's insurance marketplace for the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority and provides functionality mandated by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), including Advanced Premium Tax Credit and Modified Adjusted Gross Income Medicaid eligibility services.
