CITYWIDE ROADWAY SIGN MAINTENANCE

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the District Department of Transportation (“DDOT”), is seeking a contractor to provide new roadway signage design, installation, maintenance, sign repair, and replacement at various locations throughout the District.

Contract Type: Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (“IDIQ”)

Period of Performance: 1 year base period plus 4 one-year option periods

Subcontracting: 35% subcontracting requirement

Bid Due Date: September 1, 2026, at 2 p.m. local time
