DISSOLUTION NOTICE OF

MODERN CONCRETE & DESIGN INC.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Modern Concrete & Design Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “Company”), received a Certificate of Termination from the Virginia State Corporation Commission on August 14, 2026, surrendering its authority to do business in Virginia. Any person with a claim against the Company may submit such claim in writing, with reasonable supporting detail, to Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, PC, Attention: Brian A. Abbott, 1775 Wiehle Avenue, Suite 400, Reston, VA 20190. Pursuant to VA Code §13.1-746.1, claims against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced prior to the earlier of the expiration of any applicable statute of limitations or three years after the date of this publication of notice.
