PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Fairfax County Planning Commission at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035, at which time the Planning Commission will consider the following:

SE-2025-FR-00037 - FEDERAL REALTY OP LP (F/K/A FEDERAL REALTY INVESTMENT TRUST), SE Appl. to permit a drive-through financial institution. Located on approx. 6.54 ac. of land zoned C-6, HC, SC and CRD. Franconia District. Tax Map 80-4 ((1)) 6.

SE-2026-PR-00019 - DICK'S SPORTING GOODS, INC., SE Appl. to permit sign modifications. Located on approx. 1.70 ac. of land zoned PDC, HC, and SC. Providence District. Tax Map 29-4 ((1)) 35C.

Staff reports are typically published two weeks prior to the hearing, although changes to the schedule may affect their date of publication. At the public hearing, interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their view regarding the application. Deadlines by type of testimony are on the website.
