Public hearing before the Planning Commission of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035.
Plan Amendment 2026-III-UP2 concerns approx. 16.5 ac. generally located at 1513 and 1531 Cameron Crescent Drive in Reston [Tax Map # 17-2 ((16)) 1A and 17-2 ((14)) (01) 2G] in the Hunter Mill Supervisor District. The area is planned for high and medium density residential use. Under the Redevelopment Option, it is planned for no more than 902,000 sq ft. The residential component may consist of up to 900,000 sq ft. (up to 750 multifamily dwelling units), and the non-residential component may consist of up to 2,000 sq ft. The amendment will consider increasing the non-residential use up to 30,000 sq ft for a total of 930,000 sq ft. Recommendations relating to the transportation network may also be modified.
