CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ROADWAY SIGNS MAINTENANCE

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the District Department of Transportation, is soliciting statements of qualifications from architecture and engineering firms interested in providing Construction Management and Inspection Services for managing all activities required for the maintenance of roadway signs.

Contract Type: IDIQ

Period of Performance: 1 year base period plus 4 one-year option periods

Qualifications Due Date: September 10, 2026, at 2 p.m. local time
