SHOW CAUSE ORDER FOR DISTRIBUTION HEARING

IT APPEARING, that a report of the accounts of Yahne Miorini, Esq., Administrator, cta of the Estate of Stien Van Egmond, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the Administrator.

IT IS ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 9th day of September, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.,. before this Court at a Mandatory Remote Hearing against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Stien Van Egmond, deceased, to the legatees, as set forth in the proposed schedule of distribution outlined in the First Account, without the necessity of a refunding bond.

Mandatory Remote Hearing Notice:

a. The matter will be heard remotely via Microsoft Teams; and

b. Parties interested in appearing are to visit the Circuit Court's website to obtain the link to

the Motions Day hearing. The Court's website will include a link to the Microsoft Teams

meeting and a telephone number to be used by those participants who do not have internet

access.
