COMES NOW, your Petitioners, Nicholas and April Sheets, upon their Petition for leave to adopt a child to be known as Jordan Nichole Sheets, and it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that diligence has been used by the Petitioners to determine the whereabouts of the Respondent, Ashley Maynard, without success, with her last known address as 2625 Horner Dr. Fayetteville, NC 28306, it is therefore

ORDERED that the Respondent, Ashley Maynard, appear on or before September 22nd, 2026 at 8:30 a.m., before this Court and do what is necessary to protect her interests. And it is further

ORDERED that the Certificate of Publication and any billing shall be sent to the following:
