ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to obtain an adoption pursuant to VA code Section 63.2-1241.

It appearing by affidavit that the birth parents whereabouts are not ascertainable by the Petitioners and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the birth parents; and that the birth parents may have an interest in this matter; to wit: the adoption of minor child, born out of wedlock to Toni Lynn Osborne and Michael Anthony Hamilton on January 18, 2021, in the County of Spotsylvania, Virginia;

It is ORDERED that the biological parents appear before this Court on or before October 5, 2026, and protect their interests herein.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area, as well as throughout the United States, and that the bill for said publication shall be sent to Livesay & Myers, P.C., 150 Riverside Parkway, Suite 307, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22406.

The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse and shall mail a copy of this Order to the birth parents' at the post office address, if any, given in the Affidavit of Petitioners filed herein.
