PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE FURNITURE

The Embassy of Pakistan, Washington, D.C., invites sealed bids from eligible and established furniture suppliers/dealers for the supply, delivery and assembly/installation of the following office furniture for the Office of the Economic Minister, Embassy of Pakistan, Washington, D.C.

The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(a) of the Pakistan Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended from time to time.

Detailed bidding documents containing the specifications, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions, and instructions to bidders may be obtained from the contact person indicated below.

Bids, prepared in accordance with the bidding documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope, either by hand, courier or mail, addressed to: Economic Minister, Embassy of Pakistan, 3517 International Court, NW Washington, D.C. 20008

The bids must reach the Embassy no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, 10th September 2026. Bids received after the prescribed deadline shall not be considered. Bids submitted by ordinary email will not be accepted.

The bids will be opened publicly at the Embassy on the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

The Embassy may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid, in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
