The reason for this Cause is for the Petitioner, Virginia Estate Law, PLLC, Curator for the Estate of Najmunissa Begum, to obtain an order appointing Virginia Estate Law, PLLC, as the Administrator for the Estate, for the Estate to proceed intestate, and for the Petitioner to be granted the powers provided by Section 64.2-105 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, including the full power to sell the Real Estate Properties. An affidavit having been made and filed showing that several of the interested parties in this matter are "nonresident individual[s], other than a nonresident individual fiduciary who has appointed a statutory agent" or "[t]hat diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the party to be served;" and that one of the parties is "a foreign corporation," notice by publication is granted.
