Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, will hold a public hearing to consider the following

Request from Naila Ayoub, applicant, for approval of a Special Use Permit, pursuant to City Code Section 110-3.5.5 to allow a Family Home Daycare with 5 to 12 children in the RH, Residential High Zoning District on the premises known as 10230 Antietam Ave. and more particularly described as Tax Map Parcel 47-4-07-Q-008.

All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and express their views. Information regarding this item may be obtained by contacting the Office of Community Development & Planning, Annex Room 207, City Hall, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030. Staff reports will be available at least five (5) days prior to the meeting date in the same location and posted on the City of Fairfax website at www.fairfaxva.gov.
