Public hearing before the Planning Commission of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035.

Plan Amendment 2024-II-1FC (Fairfax Center Area Land Unit K) concerns properties generally located south and east of I-66, north of Route 50, and west of the City of Fairfax in the Springfield Supervisor District. The area is planned for office use at 0.25 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) at the baseline and 0.50 FAR at the overlay level. The amendment will consider a mixed use development option including residential, office, hotel, retail, and self-storage uses, while emphasizing coordinated site design, open space, interparcel access, and supporting infrastructure. Recommendations relating to the transportation network may also be modified.

At the public hearing, interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their view regarding the application.
