SHOW CAUSE ORDER

Upon the motion of the Administrator CTA DBN:

IT APPEARING to the Court that a Commissioner's Report on the Debts and Demands Hearing has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of KIA KONDORI as the Administrator CTA DBN of the ESTATE OF HELGA P. MAHONEY; it is therefore

ORDERED that all creditors and others interested in said estate appear at the hearing on the Petition for Distribution of the ESTATE OF HELGA P. MAHONEY and for other relief, the hearing will be held in this Court, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, on Friday, October 23rd, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon after as it may be heard, for such creditors to SHOW CAUSE why the Petition should not be granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk shall send a copy of this Order to the Washington Times to be published once a week for two weeks, in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 64.2-556, as amended.
