The District of Columbia (District) Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Correction (DOC), has a need for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, lifts, equipment, transportation, for the maintenance, inspection and repair services of elevators, escalators, wheel chair lifts and conveyances for the service of elevators 24/7 located at the Central Detention Facility (CDF), and Central Treatment Facility (CTF), located at 1901 D&E Street SE Washington, DC 20003.
