RZ/FDP-2025-DR-00021 - SEKAS HOMES, LTD., RZ and FDP Appls. to rezone from R-1 to PDH-2 to permit the development of 13 dwelling units with an overall density of 1.97 dwelling units per acre (du/ac) and consider the conceptual and final development plan.
