THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT is for Petitioner's, CHEE MIN CHEN ("Petitioner"), Motion to Modify Spousal Support to be heard.

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT by Affidavit that the Petitioner has used due diligence, including skip tracing, USPS update requests, and multiple private process service attempts at different locations to ascertain the whereabouts of the Respondent, YOUNG SOON WHANG ("Respondent"), without any effect; therefore

IT IS HERBY ORDERED that the Respondent appear before this Court on or before the 23rd day of October 2026, at 2:00pm, to protect her interests herein.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for (4) weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Loudoun County, Virginia. The Washington Times is located at 3600 New York Avenue NE, Washignton, DC, 20002. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse.
