NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Fairfax County Planning Commission at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035, at which time the Planning Commission will consider the following:

SE-2025-FR-00044 - CM BEULAH LLC, SE Appl. to permit the development of an independent living facility consisting of 67 single-family attached and 9 single-family detached dwellings at an overall density of 6.93 du/ac. Located on approx. 10.97 ac. of land zoned R-1. Franconia District. Tax Map 91-3 ((8)) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, A and B.

SE-2025-MA-00043 - FAIRFAX COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, SE Appl. to permit a utility facility, light. Located on approx. 14,457 sq. ft. of land zoned R-20 and CRD. Mason District. Tax Map 51-3 ((18)) E1 (pt.).

RZ/FDP-2024-MA-00004 - MS-GALLOWS, LLC, RZ and FDP Appls. to rezone from R-2 to PDH-4 to permit development of up to 32 single family detached dwelling units with an overall density of 3.94 dwelling units per acre (du/ac) and approval of the conceptual and final development plan. Located on the S. side of Gallows Rd., approx. 600 ft. E. of the Capital Beltway on approx. 8.11 ac. of land. Comp. Plan Rec: Residential 3 to 4 du/ac. Mason District. Tax Map 59-2 ((1)) 29A, 29B, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 41, 42, 43, and 43A.
