ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds of separation without cohabitation for a period of more than one (1) year pursuant to §20-91 of the Virginia Code.

An affidavit has been filed that Defendant is a not resident of this Commonwealth, and that his name is Ahmad Homauon Sadozai and the Defendant's last known address is 9101 Ballard Lane, Clinton, Maryland 20735.

To the best knowledge of Plaintiff, Defendant's whereabouts are unknown and that due diligence was used to obtain the address of the Defendant.

Upon consideration whereof it is hereby, ORDERED that the Defendant appear here on or before the 29th day of October, 2026 after due publication of this order of publication and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit.

And it is further, ORDERED, that this order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper having a general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
