CAME THIS DAY, the Petitioner, Elaine Smith, upon her petition for the admission of a will to probate; and

IT APPEARING that a document bearing date of the 5th day of September, 2026, consisting of three (3) pages and purporting to be the Last Will and Testament ("the Will") of John L. Boulden, Sr. ("the Decendent"), a resident of Prince William County, Virginia, who departed this life on the 22nd day of December, 2018 was this day presented and offered for probate by Petitioner, by counsel; and

IT FURTHER APPEARING that service could not be effected on all interested parties prior to today's hearing despite repeated attempts of service by Petitioner; it is therefore

ADJUDGED and ORDERED as follows:

1. This matter is continued to November 6, 2026 at 10:30 AM.

2. It is ORDERED that William Boulden and Emmanual Harris appear at this Court to protect their interests on or before November 6, 2026 10:30 AM.

3. It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times ("the Publisher").

AND THIS CAUSE CONTINUES.
