Show Cause Order

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Members Trust Company, Executor of the Estate of Anne M. Fischer, deceased, and of the debts and demands against this Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, a copy of which is attached, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of Members Trust Company, Executor.

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if they can, at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of October 2026, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of Anne M. Fischer, deceased, after payment of prper debts, claims and expenses, to its legatees and distributees, with or without requiring refunding bonds; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Fairfax County, Virginia.
