NOTICE

In accordance with Montgomery County Code Chapter 11B-46, Montgomery County, Maryland, announces that it proposes to acquire the property located at 17735 Georgia Avenue, Olney, 20832, Tax ID 08-01481560. The property is 66,914 square feet and the purchase price is $6,000,000. The County will acquire the property from Atlantic Union Bank to co-locate the Olney Community Building and Olney Satellite Police Station.
