The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of Department of Healthcare Finance (District) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance, subscription licensing, and support for IBM middleware products used within the District of Columbia Access System (DCAS). This procurement covers the subscription licenses and ensures uninterrupted access to IBM MQ Advanced Virtual Processor Core (VPC) and IBM WebSphere Hybrid Edition VPC licensing for production and non-production environments.
