NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND OTHER CLAIMANTS

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF THE JCM FOUNDATION

Notice is hereby given that The JCM Foundation (the “Corporation”), a Virginia nonstock corporation, was dissolved effective September 8, 2026.

Pursuant to Virginia Code § 13.1-908.1, all persons and entities having claims against the Corporation are requested to present their claims to the Corporation in accordance with this notice.

Any claim presented to the Corporation should include:

The claimant’s full legal name;

• The claimant’s current mailing address, telephone number, and email address, if any;

• A description of the nature and basis of the claim;

• The amount claimed, if known, or a good-faith estimate of the amount claimed;

• The date or dates on which the events giving rise to the claim occurred; and

• Copies of all documents supporting the claim.

A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced prior to the earlier of:

• The expiration of any applicable statute of limitations; or

• Three (3) years after the date of publication of this notice.
