PLANNING COMMISSION

OCTOBER 14, 2026, AT 7:30 P.M.

Public hearing before the Planning Commission of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035.

Plan Amendment #2025-I-J4, Gatehouse Plaza, concerns approx. 0.72 ac. generally located at the intersection of Gallows Road and Route 50, 3058 Gatehouse Plaza, Falls Church, VA, 22042; Tax Map # 49-3 ((1)) 142A in the Providence Supervisor District. The area is planned for retail uses at an intensity up to 0.20 floor area ratio, with a recommendation for no more than four drive-through uses. The amendment would remove the limitation on the number of drive-through uses. Recommendations relating to the transportation network may also be modified. The amendment is concurrently under review with Special Exception Amendment application SEA-95-P-008-02.
